Registration
Q:How do I become a Jacobson customer?
A:

Registration is simple.

If you have shopped from us before, then you already have a Jacobson account. Click here to activate your account.

If you have not shopped with us before and would like to create a NEW account, click here. 

You may also register with us in person by visiting our store in Boston.

Q:If I register online can I come into the store to shop?
A:

Once you have created an account online you are also able to use the same account to shop in our store.  If you forgot your account number simply speak with someone at the customer service desk when you arrive and they will be able to search for your account number through the contact phone number you registered under.

Q:I have been a Jacobson Customer for years, Do I need to set up an account online or is it automatic?
A:

All of our existing customers will need to set up a web account to view items and shop online.  Click here to activate your account.  You will be required to provide your Customer ID and your last Invoice Number.  If you do not have this information, you may call us at (800)262-0500.

Products
Q:How do I view what products you carry?
A:

We ask that you register as a customer prior to viewing our entire product line.  Once you complete the registration form you will immediately be able to view our products.

Q:Do you carry…?
A:

If you have specific questions about an item that you are looking for please email our sales department at sales@jacobsonfloral.com.  A sales representative will contact you regarding your inquiry.

Q:Can you mail me a catalog?
A:

In efforts to reduce costs and help the environment, Jacobson offers our catalog online.  Having our catalog online also provides our customers with the most current product offerings and updated pricing.  If you have trouble finding a specific item, please contact our sales department at sales@jacobsonfloral.com.  A sales representative will contact you regarding your inquiry.

Ordering
Q:Who can buy from Jacobson?
A:

Jacobson sells to registered businesses only. If you are a retail florist, designer or other eligible customer, you may register with us online or in person by visiting our store in Boston, MA.

Q:Do you have an order minimum?
A:

Our minimum for online orders is $50.00.

Hours
Q:What are your store hours?
A:

Monday - Friday:  5am–3pm 

Saturday: 6am–12pm

(Closed Saturdays: July and August)

Q:How do I get to your store?
A:

From the South of Boston, MA

1. Take 93 North to Exit 18 (Massachusetts Avenue)

2. Get in the left lane and go through the first set of lights

3. Make a left at the second set of lights

4. Merge to the right

5. Make a right at the next set of lights onto Massachusetts Avenue

6. At the next set of lights make a right onto Albany Street

7. Continue on Albany Street, Jacobson will be on your right side, right next to the Flower Exchange

 

From the North of Boston, MA

1. Take 93 South to Exit 18 (Mass Ave), and take a right at the lights

2. Take a right onto Massachusetts Ave

3. Take another right at Albany Street

4. Continue on Albany Street, Jacobson will be on your right side, right next to the Flower Exchange

 

From the West of Boston, MA

1. Take 90 East towards Boston

2. Take Exit 24 on the left (93 South towards Quincy)

3. From 93 South, take Exit 18 (Mass Ave), and take a right at the lights

4. Take a right onto Massachusetts Ave

5. Take a right to Albany Street

6. Continue on Albany Street, Jacobson will be on your right side, right next to the Flower Exchange

 

From Massachusetts Avenue (Storrow Drive)

1. Follow Massachusetts Avenue towards Boston Medical Center

2. Make a left on Albany Street

3. Make a right into Jacobson

 

Q:What if I’m nervous about driving into Boston?
A:

Our store in Boston is on the outskirts of the city, conveniently located right off Route 93 and the Mass Pike (Route 90) with easy on and off access.  You can’t miss us with our big green banner around our building.  Come visit us and you’ll see that it wasn’t difficult at all!

Q:Do you have parking?
A:

Our Boston store has hassle free parking. 150 spaces are available in front of the store for your shopping convenience.

Shipping & Delivery
Q:Do you deliver to ...?
A:

Jacobson offers delivery via our trucks to areas within our delivery routes in New England. We also deliver using Eastern Connection to select areas in the East Coast. Delivery charge is $17.50 for orders below $300, and FREE for orders over $300.  If your shipping address is within these delivery routes, you will have the option to have your order delivered by truck when you checkout. Residential addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges. If our trucks are unable to ship to your address, a customer representative may call you to discuss other shipping or pick-up options.

 

We also ship via other carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) to areas outside our delivery routes (within the 48 contiguous states). Standard shipping rates apply. Unfortunately, we cannot ship certain items such as glass, food and preservatives, branches, etc. via UPS. You may call one of our Sales Representatives to discuss other shipping options.

 

Worldwide shipping rates apply to deliveries to areas outside the 48 contiguous states (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, etc.) and are not included in any "Free Standard Shipping" promotions.

 

It is recommended to speak with a Sales Representative regarding non-Standard shipping options.

 

Sales Tax
Q:Will I be charged Sales Tax?
A:

Federal Law regulates whether a vendor must collect sales tax on orders placed over the internet. Vendors who have a store or branch in a state that charges sales tax are obligated to collect sales tax from customers within those states who order over the internet. Since Jacobson's has a Massachusetts location - if you are a Massachusetts business ordering on our web site we must charge sales tax unless you supply us with a Tax Exempt certificate (St-4, St-5, ST-12).

Return Policy
Q:What is your return policy?
A:

All claims for returned merchandise must be made within 30 days of purchase. All claims must be approved by a Jacobson representative.  Please call (800)262-0500.

For IN-STORE purchases, refunds for returned merchandise will be made in the form of Merchandise Credit only.  No returns or credits will be allowed without the original invoice.

For ONLINE purchases, refunds will be made to the original form of payment.

Used items or merchandise without the original packing will not be accepted for returns.

Sale, Food, Display, Trees, Premade Arrangements, Special Order, and Seasonal Items* are non-returnable.

 

*Seasonal Items are marked with an asterisk (*) on your invoice.
