The Jacobson Sales Department is seeking an engaging and versatile Sales Support and Customer Service associate to attend to inside telephone sales and serve as a resource for customer support and sales orders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent telephone, administrative and organizational skills. A positive attitude, ability to learn quickly, and a desire to help the company grow sales is a must. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a Sales Support and Customer Service associate to join the inside sales team and manage telephone sales. This includes supporting existing customers with product knowledge questions and processing orders. The role also includes administratively supporting the Sales team through managing Google Docs and Sheets, assisting with Marketing materials and price changes, and answering incoming phone calls.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Serve as a support to existing customers via telephone and in-store by processing orders and answering customer questions regarding our product lines.
  • Support the Sales Team through processing orders, maintaining Google Docs and Sheets, and being the first responder to incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain relationships with business partners.
  • Maintain a high level of product and vendor knowledge.
  • All other duties as necessary.

  • A team approach to working at a medium sized business and willingness to play a role in other departments as needed.
