Position Details:

The Jacobson Sales Department is seeking a smart, ambitious, and enthusiastic team member to serve our customers in our wholesale floral accessories store.

 

Responsibilities:

The Sales Customer Service Representative serves as the ambassador of the company to our customers.The associate will assist the Sales Department in managing new accounts, and fielding the needs of our clients. Strong interpersonal skills and communication are essential to this role. There is also opportunity for candidates who wish to develop a career in sales.

Hours:

Monday-Thursday 5:00 am - 2:00 pm or 6:00 am-3:00 pm plus Saturdays 6:00 am - Noon.

Must be available to work Saturday mornings!

Other days flexible.

 

Job Requirements:

Maintain working product knowledge of a vast and changing inventory.
Perform cashier duties including processing orders, returns, and monetary transactions.
Manage customer accounts and assist the Sales Department in developing new business.
Customer service skills to create the best experience for customers as possible.
Update marketing sheets, open new sales accounts, and assist buyers with orders.
Screen quality of new business and research for potential leads.
Administrative tasks as required.
Arrive at scheduled shifts on time and satisfy work commitments.
All other duties as required.
